She specializes in Corporate & Commercial Law, Fund Investment, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Dispute Resolution, Mergers & Acquisitions, Information Security, Privacy Law, Cyber Risk Management, Financial Technology Law &Investigations & Regulatory Enforcement.

Nayantara advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, possessing in-depth knowledge of public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. She has worked on numerous cross-border M&A transactions, both inbound and outbound, and possesses extensive experience in corporate restructurings, including court- or tribunal-approved mergers, de-mergers, and capital restructurings. Her industry experience is diverse, covering manufacturing, retail, telecom, infrastructure, solar energy, media, broadcasting, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, payment gateways and exchanges, fintech, health tech, insurance and financial services, direct selling, and real estate.

Her expertise also includes advising clients on sensitive and high-risk investigations and regulatory enforcement, including matters involving the Enforcement Directorate (FEMA & PMLA), as well as advising large accounting firms on investigations and enforcement matters related to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the National Financial Regulatory Authority (NFRA). She is also experienced in sensitive employment and severance-related matters, as well as various aspects of general corporate advisory and corporate governance. Additionally, she provides corporate, regulatory, and compliance advisory services to various domestic and international clients.
